How To Practice Gratitude And Live Happier

1. Be clear and consider the things in your life 

For which you are thankful 

Or that are really beneficial and productive in your everyday life.

 

2. After you've decided what to be thankful for, 

Clasp your hands like you usually do for a prayer 

And say it out or in your mind wholeheartedly to the Universe, 

For example, 

I am very happy and grateful to the universe for the roof over my head. 
OR Thank you so much universe for the roof over my head.


(which signifies you're grateful for your house. 

It would be an excellent starting point.)

 

3. You may also keep a "Gratitude Journal" and write down the things you're very grateful for, in that journal. 

It actually increases your happiness levels. 

In this manner, you may not only write down & express your gratitude, 

But also, you see what you're writing down, 

Which keeps your vibration higher for the things you write

& makes you feel much more gratified.

 

4. You may also keep an "Intention/ Desire Journal" 

Which implies you're happy for things or wishes even before they come true, 

For example, 

If you want a job at a certain company, you might note,

 

I am so happy and grateful for my job at MNC company as a manager with $ 1,100 salary.

 

(This signifies that you're already grateful for the job you desire.)

In this way, you increase your vibrational match with your desire, 

Therefore, it eventually comes into your life. 

This should be written for at least 30 days daily.

Even if it has not yet occurred in your life, 

Feel as though you are happy & grateful for having your job. 

It may be anything, but be more precise about your intentions, 

Such as your position in the company, 

The name of the company, 

Your salary package, and so on.

Try to write it down in two paragraphs only. 

The smaller your gratitude is, the easier it is to keep in mind.

 

5. Repeat it every day before you sleep 

And after you wake up in the morning.
